@sophiemayk please update the version to 2.8.0 and find the following option on settings page “Check file content type on server side”, turn this ON/Checked and see what error do you see when files are not uploading successfully?

@flexaftale sorry for the late response. Please confirm that if we review the plugin files for translatable strings again, will that work or you are expecting something else as well? Ticket has already been opened.

@farmermark lock location feature was already added in this plugin.

@sophiemayk I am opening this ticket again so we can test and provide you some screenshot or video evidence. In case we will find the same issue, we will surely make some improvements in the script.

PDF certificates will never be deleted, either we merge users from this plugin or not. But your idea to test on staging server is great, in case you face any problem, we will be available to handle it immediately.

@celeste1950 premium version will surely allow you to test everything on any website. It has multi-site license included and you can try on staging website for sure.

@kevstasy certainly it is not the dead-end, in case it is a new case we have to deal with so we can provide a shortcode or can use another action hook to display the thankyou page information for NextMove: XL Plugins. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, we will see the possibility and take care of it in upcoming versions.

On settings page, when you enter some uncommon files extension so a warning appears with a releant constant snippet to be pasted in wp-config.php so unfiltered file types can be uploaded without any conflicts.

I am confirming you that this 0 in stock is coming from the WooCommerce actually. You may try by deactivating our plugin. This is something not being triggered from the stock locations plugin. WooCommerce considers the negative value as out of stock or backorder.

Thank you both of you for guiding me in details about the sections which are not working appropriately. It would be frustrating if I will not reply here. I am not sure how can we make it possible but to fix a few things I need to see the problems in action, sometimes on development environment we cannot reproduce the reported issue. Are you both available on Slack?
