This plugin by default copies only basic user data like first_name, last_name, user_email etc. But other data can be synced/copied with a custom made add-on.Thanks.

Sorry for the inconvenience you’ve faced.
What we assumed was, one of your existing plugins was conflicting with Share Logins Pro (you know it happens). This is why we asked for the login credentials so we can take a look at the issue, identify the problem and find a possible solution.
But, as you denied to share the credentials, it was not possible for us to help you with this.
Anyway, we already have processed the refund.

Also, when do you see this message? Does it work when the Share Logins plugin is disabled?Thanks
