Hi,
You can enable/disable lazy load feature for each slider. For this you have edit the slider and go to the “Options” tab when edit a beaf slider. From there you can do it.Regards
Abu HenaGlad to know it resolved.
Hi @zanduino ,
That’s a strange issue you just mentioned. Would you please send a working link to your website? The current url you shared not working. You can contact our support for further assistance. https://portal.themefic.com/my-account/support-tickets/

Abu HenaHi @yravi
Thank you for using this plugin. The auto slider always starts from left to right. That offset feature is only for the initial loading. In that case, when the auto slider is enabled it will slide from the very start to end.
If you need any further help , you can contact with our support https://portal.themefic.com/my-account/support-tickets/

In reply to: [Ultimate Before After Image Slider & Gallery - BEAF] Preloader Stuck in LoopHi @maeganmcisaac ,
Did you enable the preloader and check again? If removed the re-captcha the preloader should work. Also, make sure you cleared your site cache if it has and hard refresh your page(ctrl+f5).

In reply to: [Ultimate Before After Image Slider & Gallery - BEAF] Preloader Stuck in LoopHi @maeganmcisaac ,
I just checked and found that there is a JavaScript error in the console from a captcha file. That’s the reason the pre-loader not finishing loading. The error was generated from the Form(subscribe form) you used on your site 4 times with the captcha.
So, as you understand this is not our plugin issue. Please solve the above issue of the Form then the pre-loader will work fine.
In the meantime, you can disable the pre-loader for now.

Abu HenaHi??@dreimaleins
Try deactivating our plugin as a test and check to insert another working shortcode like [products] or [woocommerce_cart] . After that check, if the issue still happens then it’s another issue.
N:B: We have tested our plugin with the latest Flatsome theme and found no issues at all. Kindly use the latest version of both the theme and plugin and let us know if the issue still exists.Just let me know after trying above method.

In reply to: [Ultimate Before After Image Slider & Gallery - BEAF] Images offsetHI @ikonaut
After checking your site just found that your theme or plugins use a CSS margin to the image which directly affects all the images on your site. See following https://prnt.sc/j5BkffjGEBD9
In this case to solve the issue, Please use below CSS code and add it to your custom CSS customizer..bafg-twentytwenty-container img {
margin: 0;
}This will solve your issue.

Hi, @johnny7075
You can easily show the “before” image full when page loads. You just need to set the offset value to “1” . See following screenshot https://prnt.sc/_eYed7YqaH6N
