    Hello there,

Thank you for adjusting the setting!

We would like to clarify that the ‘Enable Auto Delete’ option is not enabled by default in recent updates. By default, it is disabled to prevent automatic deletion of entries, thus allowing full control over when and what to delete. This feature must be manually enabled if needed.

Please monitor your lists over the next few days, and let us know if you encounter any further issues. We’re here to help!

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

Ensure that the option ‘Enable Auto Delete’ (Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > Settings > Auto Delete Settings > Enable Auto Delete) is disabled.

If this option is enabled, it will automatically delete entries after 7 days for subscribers with the statuses ‘MAIL SENT,’ ‘UNSUBSCRIBED,’ and ‘PURCHASED.'”

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

Thank you for the additional information.

We’d like to inform you that our plugin currently relies on the variation ID rather than the SKU for tracking variations. Since your plugin deletes and recreates variations, causing the variation ID to change, the product information is lost in the notification emails.

Switching to using SKUs instead of variation IDs would require significant internal changes, as it would involve modifying multiple areas of our codebase. However, we have noted your request and will consider implementing SKU-based tracking in our future versions, subject to feasibility.

In the meantime, we recommend discussing with the developers of the SW Retail plugin if it would be possible to update variation data without deleting and recreating them. This approach would help ensure compatibility with our plugin as well as other plugins that depend on stable variation IDs.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

We’re here to assist you with this one.

We suggest that you enable the option “Consider Only Published Product Status” (Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > Settings > Mail Settings > Consider Only Published Product Status).

With this option, in-stock emails will be sent only for published products. Products with private or draft statuses will not be considered.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

Thank you for your update and for testing the previous solutions.

Please explore a few additional troubleshooting steps:

    1. Try Turnstile for Bot Protection:

As you’re not currently using Turnstile, we recommend giving it a try. Turnstile is an alternative bot protection method and might help resolve the issue. You’ll need a site key and a secret key for this.

Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Bot Protection -> Bot Protection through -> Turnstile -> Enable Turnstile in Subscribe Form (Enable) -> Turnstile Site Key -> Turnstile Secret Key.? 2. Double-check Cache Setup

    2. Double-check Cache Setup

Ensure your cache is fully purged and verify if any object caching or server-side caching is active. Sometimes, the cache might not be fully cleared. You can also try temporarily disabling any caching plugin or server-side caching to rule this out.

    3. Conflict with Other Plugins or Themes:

Could you please?temporarily?deactivate all other plugins except “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce,” and switch to a default theme/storefront, to see if the problem persists? Sometimes the issue is due to conflicts between different plugins/themes. This process will also aid in identifying the root cause of the problem.??

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

UNABLE TO VERIFY DETAILS PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME ERROR

We use one layer of security for our ajax requests, which is WP Nonce, but due to the caching mechanism from third party plugins/hosting, this security nonce is also cached, which causes this error: “Unable to verify details, please try again after some time”. In some cases, setting up a cache timeout in plugin settings reduces this kind of issue.
    ?
How to get rid of this error?
    ?
We suggest you try the below steps to get rid of the error.

    1. Switch to the WordPress REST API Route: Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Settings Section -> Frontend Subscribe Form Submission via One is WordPress AJAX (default) and the other one is WordPress REST API Route. Try changing that option to “WordPress REST API Route” and checking it out (purge your cache and check it out).
    2. Google reCAPTCHA: Consider using Google reCAPTCHA v2 or v3. You will need a Site Key and a Secret Key for this. (Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Bot Protection -> Bot Protection through -> Google reCAPTCHA -> 1. Enable Google reCAPTCHA in Subscribe Form : Enable 2. Select Google reCAPTCHA version -> v2/v3. Enter the Site Key and Secret Key corresponding to the selected version for proper operation.)
    3. Turnstile: Consider using Turnstile as an additional bot protection option. You will need a Site Key and a Secret Key for this. Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Bot Protection -> Bot Protection through -> Turnstile -> Enable Turnstile in Subscribe Form (Enable) -> Turnstile Site Key -> Turnstile Secret Key. ?

Following these steps should resolve the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Good day!

We’re here to assist you with this.

To stop the automatic emails from being sent, we suggest disabling the “Enable Instock Mail” option. You can do this by going to Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > Settings > Mail Settings, and unchecking “Enable Instock Mail“.

Once disabled, automatic instock emails will no longer be triggered. If you want to send emails again in the future, you can re-enable this option by checking it again.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and we’re here to assist you with this issue.

We have used one layer of security for our ajax requests, which is WP Nonce, but due to the caching mechanism from third party plugins/hosting, this security nonce is also cached, which causes this error “Something Went Wrong,Please try again after some time.”

Since you’re using the REST API Route, here are some alternative suggestions:

    1. Cache Timeout: Adjust the cache timeout settings in your caching plugin to reduce conflicts. This may help prevent the caching of nonce data, which can lead to errors.
    2. Google reCAPTCHA: Consider using Google reCAPTCHA v2 or v3. You will need a Site Key and a Secret Key for this. (Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Google reCAPTCHA Settings -> Enable Google reCAPTCHA and select Version -> v2/v3. Enter both the Site Key and Secret Key for proper operation.)

These adjustments are aimed at mitigating caching conflicts and enhancing performance. We would appreciate it if you could revisit your review after trying these solutions. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we’d be happy to assist further.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for the URL.

We tried accessing it, but the site cannot be reached. Please ensure that the out-of-stock variations of the variable product are selectable. If they are not, we suggest changing the setting to make them selectable.

We’d like to inform you that our plugin’s subscription form is displayed only when the variations of out-of-stock products are selectable.

    Thanks.
