We’ve fixed your reported issue on our side as v2.4.3 will be available in a day. This issue arises because we haven’t mapped that variation(back in stock) to the variable product properly especially for cart link shortcode.

We don’t have any list of incompatible plugins on our side. We strongly suggest you to check our plugin in your staging/testing site by deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and our Back In Stock Notifier Plugin, if it works properly then check the conflict plugin(s) by reactivate other plugins one by one and let us know.

We’re here to assist you with this one. We use?the WooCommerce Email Template Core Function to send an email. If you want to add the logo to an email, then you can do it with the following settings.
Admin Dashboard-> WooCommerce-> Settings-> Emails (scroll to the bottom of the page)-> Email template (change the appearance, such as color/bg/logo)-> Header image
Please note that the changes will reflect on all emails from woocommerce as well.

Editing email in the backend is not available yet on our side(which is in our to-do list). We will try to bring such features in the upcoming version as per the feasibility. You can still have an alternate way to add that email in your subscriber list.
Two ways you can resubscribe email into our subscription list.
1. Ask that subscriber to resubscribe the product with the correct email(recommended solution).
2. You can visit that out of stock product directly in front-end and subscribe using their email(make sure you’ve a consent from that wrong email person before doing this on your side).Once you’ve performed the above steps – remove the wrong email entry from the subscription list.`

Yes we do record the log of both automatic and manual in our side. You can check it out by visiting the following page
Go to Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> Top right Dropdown(check for the prefix “back-in-stock-notifier” with latest date) If the latest log contain
Product id #{id} Instock Background Process started – Total: {total} something like this will be treat as automatic, if other than automatic we will record the log with key term “Manually Sent”
Please make sure this background process event registered properly in your side
Go to Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions -> Pending -> Seach for hook -> cwg_schedule_third_party_support (screenshot attached)
If it is present this event will take care of stock status check automatically(every 5 minutes)

We’ve tested our plugin with that corresponding option, we receive email properly to the specified email addresses(not user id) with comma separated. Please cross check with the following
1. Check your spam/junk folder – as email is the copy of the user who subscribed for the product, many chance spam filters move that mail to spam/junk folder
2. Make sure you’ve turned on “Enable Success Subscription Mail” option in Mail Settings. If you’ve turned off that option mail will not be received.Let us know.

You can use this feature by enabling the option – Hide Google v3 recaptcha badge in website.( Admin Dashboard -> Google reCAPTCHA Settings -> V3 -> Hide Google v3 recaptcha badge in website ). Kindly update the plugin and check it out.
