We noticed from your screenshot that both the “All” and “Subscribed” lists show a count of 12 subscribers. The “All” list is intended to include subscribers with various statuses, such as “Subscribed,” “Mail Sent,” and potentially others.

Regarding your query about the ‘Mail Sent’ status not appearing, we’d like to clarify that this status will only show up if there are subscribers with that specific status. If it’s not visible, it may be because there are currently no subscribers with the “Mail Sent” status.

To investigate further, please check your “All Subscribers” list by navigating to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> All Subscribers. This will help you determine if any subscribers have the “Mail Sent” status.

We’d like to share some updates that should help with the issues you’ve been experiencing.

1. Updated Google reCAPTCHA Settings Pathway:
   Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Bot Protection -> Bot Protection through -> Google reCAPTCHA -> Enable Google reCAPTCHA in Subscribe Form (Enable) -> Enable Google reCAPTCHA Version -> v2/v3. Enter both the Site Key and Secret Key for proper operation.
2. Introducing Turnstile as an Alternative: We’re also pleased to offer Turnstile as an additional option for bot protection. You will need a Site Key and a Secret Key for this. Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Bot Protection -> Bot Protection through -> Turnstile -> Enable Turnstile in Subscribe Form (Enable) -> Turnstile Site Key -> Turnstile Secret Key.

We would like to clarify that the functionality you are referring to, where customers can view a list of subscribed products, is exclusively achievable with our add-on ‘Unsubscribe-Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce.’

With this add-on, subscribers can see the list of subscriptions associated with the email (only for registered users) on their account page (located under ‘My Account > Subscribed List’ in the front-end).
