Honestly, all I have ever done is logged in and performed basic actions via the admin dashboard. I’m very new to this. How exactly would I go about checking the wp-config.php file?

I’m having a similar issue and am very new to this. I am unable to login to /wp-login.php to make changes to my site. When I attempt to login, I receive the following messages at the top of the screen:
