As issue is specific to your website only and reason can be any of the following things:
1. Theme compatibility
2. Other Plugins Conflict
3. WordPress version / PHP version
4. Diff. components of server.
5. Latest updates

So, its better please hire some WordPress Expert on your end to resolve this.

Hope you understand that, i can not help until i can replicate this issue.

It seems issue is due to some other plugin conflict or wordpress theme.

So, you will need to talk to your developer regrading this issue.

Thanks for the reply.

FYI, if you had ever upgraded wordpress website like from version 3.5 to 5.5 then you will better understand what exactly needs to be done.

We can not directly upgrade wordpress version from 2 or 3 to 5.5 directly as it will crash your website.

So, that also applies to plugin. You can not update the older version directly to the latest version.

It happens in steps.

In fact, i already replied you for that.

Make sure to update plugin version in steps i.e. 1.4.4 to 1.4.5 and so on.

You were updating from 1.4.4 to 1.5 that may be the reason for the issue.

While i did not receive any such issue form any of the other clients.

Hi there,

You can use the short code feature of the button and put it in your WordPress template file from where the reviews are coming.

That way it is possible to change button’s position.

Product review stars are coming from your theme files so you will need to update your template file.

Just checked, that you are using word press multi site so i.e. why plugin does not seem working.

Just FYI, we do not have support with WordPress multi site for now but will try to update it in upcoming version.

So, please deactivate the plugin for now as it will not work for your website.
