Seems that this is not our plugin issue. Please ensure me that if this error comes from our plugin.
Please try to uninstall our plugin to check the error. after uninstall the plugin if you still see the error then its come from the another plugin.
Note: If you think its really come from our plugin then we will assist you to solve it.

Hi, Thank you for asking. You can make Upload directory writable permission easily its not much complex. Just login to your cPanel and go to wp-content/upload.
then you can see the permission option just check the permission checkbox for the uploads folder.
