Hi,
Seems that there is some conflict with the menu that hides/shows the booking forms. The scripts from that menu are affecting the captcha feature.
Could you put the booking form in a separated test page to confirm that the problem is related to the menu that hides/shows the booking forms?

Your website has a plugin or CDN feature for removing the browser cookies. One cookie is needed for validating the captcha. Please check what is the feature in your website removing the cookies.

There is a script from a third party in the page sending an event to the calendar that causes the selected date be reset to the current date. I’m not sure about the origin of the third party script but it should be from a plugin or theme feature including a calendar functionality.
A way to identify the origin of the conflict is to deactivate the plugins one by one to check which one is causing the conflict or temporary change the theme if all the plugins are discarded.
Please check that and let me know any comments.

In the expected conditions the code shouldn’t reach that line while editing a page. What page editor are you using? The default one in WordPress or another one?
Have you inserted the booking form with a shortcode?

If you need to manage time-slots of different-defined duration then we have another similar plugin that matches better this requirements, the Appointment Hour Booking plugin. It is services-oriented and you can setup services of different duration into it.
