Thanks for your feedback.

Yes, postcode is a number field right now and also set as not null. So always if user don’t enter postcode the value automatically add as 0.

You are right that we should change the postcode as text field. We will update this field as text field in our next update.

Yes, for using our plugin there are some extensions you may install on your server.
Required PHP extension : iconv, intl, allow_url_fopen and mbstring.

Hi @makeyourbullet,

It seems like any other plugin is also using the same library for PDF generation.

Can you please do other plugins deactivate one by one and then activate our plugin? so you can find out which other plugin is conflicting with the FPDF library.

There could be the theme also which can be also use the FPDF library.

Please let me know if this doesn’t help you with this.

Do you check the images in voucher templates in admin? Is it already showing on voucher templates admin page? If not then please upload the images. And also check the proper styles from plugin settings page. I hope this will work.

If after that not work, please try to uninstall and install again. Sometimes this also helps with this such problems.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

1. Yes, buyer will receive the email of the voucher with PDF, when order placed successfully.

2. Yes, It is compatible with WooCommerce. This plugin is using WooCommerce for only redemption of the voucher. So Customers can redeem the gift vouchers on WooCommerce checkout. Please see the last screenshots in the plugin.

3. There are two ways to redeem the voucher:
I. WooCommerce Way (I already tell you in 2nd point)
II. Redeem in a person. You have to redeem personally like in your place or via mail or something. So in there customers don’t need to login/register in your website.

There is also one shortcode for check voucher balance ([wpgv-check-voucher-balance]). Where customers/admin can check the voucher balance via entering the voucher code.

Hello Kevin,

The WooCommerce compatibility is used for redemption of the voucher purchased by our plugin. So there are only four payment method to buy the voucher (PayPal, Stripe, Sofort and Selection per invoice).

Sorry, there is no option to hide price in the PDF.
