We have resolved this IOS problem in our demo page and we also foxed this issue in our premium version.
We will release the updated free version tomorrow with this issue fixed.

I just visited you website page and found that you have set background color white in our plugin settings page. That is why you aren’t seeing the selected template and next step button.
Try to change the background color to any other in plugin settings. It will resolve this issue.

Right now, there are only four payment methods in our plugin (PayPal, Stripe, Sofort and Selection per Invoice).
