I checked your website and It seems like Stripe method flow is working fine because there is no error in console I can see.
Can you try with test keys, if with test keys payment is working fine then I guess the issue is in the keys.I also see some css issue, So I am giving you css code for our voucher form. Please copy this code and paste in the plugin settings > custom css tab. So these small css issue will resolve:

Hello Christian,
Yes, the actual code is showing in preview voucher but there is a watermark of preview voucher, where you can differentiate that the voucher is original of demo voucher.
In our next update, We will do this thing that actual voucher will not show in pdf preview.
Please add below css code in custom css tab in our plugin settings, so on voucher form last step the data will show correctly:

Right Now, voucheradd_time field default time is your servers current time with your server timezone, when any order added from your website. But I realize this issue and I will fix this issue, so when any order will add then your website default timezone will use.

Now I released today new updated version with some fixes. Now special character issue is resolved from this new version. There is only one issue left, which is export button issue. We are working on this issue. Hope, we will release again new update in next 1-2 working days.
