There is possible that on your site there is a plugin that conflicts with the plugin gift voucher. Please try deactivate all plugins to check if any plugin is causing the conflict or not

That’s wierd because we tried testing on android – chrome browser and ios – safari browser but still not seeing the same error. Can you tell us which version you are testing on?
