Thanks for checking on this. We were able to get the plugin working by adding a loop.php file to the child theme which adjusted the loop on the page.

Thanks @philbuchanan and @cleanpagedesign for your help. Some custom coding was the culprit. I updated it to fully use the shortcode API and that fixed the issue.

Here’s another site I’m using it on –?this time I left the update in place: https://www.mhbwy.com/about-us/our-team/. Maybe I do have custom code. I’ll let you know when I update another site for sure that uses a different theme.

I was not getting any console errors. I don’t believe I have any other custom JS related to it either –?the default functionality is working well. Let me know how we should proceed.

@sharethis I have the same question. We’d love to keep using this plugin as we use it on a number of sites but if it is not PHP 7 compatible we’ll have to switch to something else. ??

We no longer had Rev Slider in use so I deleted it and a handful of other plugins and that appears to have solved the issue. Thank you for your help!

Hmm, I just tried adding that script with updated popup ids to the Confirmation of my Gravity Form and Disabling Auto-formatting. Is that were the script should go?

Here are my other settings if that’s helpful

Triggers: Auto Open, None, Delay: 3000
Cookies: On Popup Close, pum-1618, 1 month

I just tried dismissing the error but I still see an issue on the frontend of the website. Here’s the live instance of the site on my new server (https://www.covellcare.com/calendar/), and here’s a copy of that website at my testing sever (https://site14.codegeek.net/calendar/). I just finished my site updates and it still isn’t showing that plugin as needing an update. Very strange.
