@katsanpri yes aware of the iOS bugs, fixing them now. Will look in the auto-play feature too. Do you experience the autplay bug on desktop computer Fifrefox browser?

Would you be willing to provide admin details for your site so i can check the problem there? We dont experience this on any other sites we have used it and its hard to debug the problem only from looking at your site.

After discussing this with davidgabunia we found out that the issue was with a video recording software he is using on his computer, therefore there is nothing we could help with here.

I’d like to check this out myself, i really cant find the conflict only from images and video.

I see you are using chrome, can you right click on the backend are and click inspect element while you try to insert the plugin.

Most likely you will see errors at the bottom right of your screen click on them as i would like to see which errors occur.

The plugin does work in Firefox.
If you want to use the HTML5 version you need to add .ogg files because Firfox does not work with mp3 files and HTML5.
If you do not put .ogg file, the player will fall back to the flash version on Firefox (and all other browsers that do not support HTML5).

Here is extracted text from the description of the plugin.

Note: It’s reccomended to use OGG files along with the MP3 files if you want Firefox to display the HTML5 player. By default Firefox does not support HTML5 with MP3 files. You can use this online tool https://media.io/

We cant change the flash version, we use the google flash player for this.

Use the HTML 5 version because thats the one we will add new skins to.

The flash version will not be updated at all.

memphislist you do not have to alter URL’s that is not going to fix iOS problem.
