Thank you for the suggestions! It did work in Firefox Private window, but only there. No extensions installed. I ended up doing a refresh and that solved the problem.

Btw, I didn’t think to check the console when this was happening so I don’t have a log of it. But, I do think it is isolated to Firefox because that is my browser of choice when working.

@abuzon I’m not sure if you got it resolved or not, but I got the error for line 188 today and the solution was the same exact one from when I got line 187.

I entered a physical location and accidentally selected the button “Configure Virtual Event”. Once, I did that, even though I didn’t enter any info for the virtual event section, it kicked out error 188. My only solution was to delete that event and re-enter it again (without clicking on the configure virtual event button).

So, in summary you can’t have both. It has to be either a physical location or virtual event.

I’m running:

Yoast Version 16.0.2
The Events Calendar Version 5.4.0.2
The Events Calendar: Virtual Events Version 1.1.5

This is definitely a major issue I am experiencing right now on a client’s site and I need the fix asap. (The dashboard is running very slow)

I was having the same problem on a client’s site, however the two play just fine on another site. After finding this thread, I realized where the error was and it fixed it.

I marked the event as Virtual, but I also entered a physical location. Once I removed the location the line 187 error went away.

You’re not the only one. I just had a previous client call me cause her site is down. Immediately I noticed the PHP error was pointing to the Mojo plugin (the same exact error you have). I checked her log files and something was changed last night. Definitely on the host end (Bluehost). Telling tech support to fix it as I type. You can delete the directory, but I am notifying them as well so that the bug is officially logged in a ticket.

I am having the same problem on a client’s site. After researching, this is a problem that A LOT of ppl are having after going to 4.3. It is more than likely has to do with file permissions and php settings.

Did you get a solution? If yes, what was it?

If not, try contacting your host to see if they can help you solve the issue or search the forums for hacks that you can apply. There is suppose to be a fix coming out soon – hopefully.

I am having the exact same problems as everyone on one of my client’s site. At first I thought it might be a browser issue. Quickly realized that there was not a need to update the site since upgraded to 4.3 till now. After reading this forum, I am convinced that the issue is with 4.3.

Images are not uploading. The existing images in the library are there, but the information for each image is not showing on the right, nor can I insert an existing image into a post/page.

Hi countocram2! Did you ever find a solution? I have been looking as well and I cannot find an answer anywhere on the forum.
