managed to get rid of nav links by deleting

<?php sparkling_post_nav(); ?>

from singles.php

Still cant find post-content-span-date to remove it entirely. checked sidebar.php no luck

oh yea, I’m using the themes built in widget. “sparkling popular posts” or something like that.

It uses featured images as thumbnails which is why I liked it.
