Never mind. It was my caching plugin, the CSS worked.

So what is a good solution for this? Would we be better off with a pop up wordpress plugin?

The site uses W3, and it was out of date. I updated it. If there’s still an issue, I can start messing around…

Do you think the plug in being out of date could have made a difference? W3 is pretty widely used isn’t it?

So even though the domain is registered by Automattic and WordPress, I set up the MX records through Bluehost?

right, I don’t have access to those records though

the domain is registered with WordPress

so when I go to the domain under WordPress, I was able to change the DNS to Bluehost (everything is working), but I cannot do anything under the email. It asks me if I want to add GSuite, and I can’t because now I don’t have the plan for it (even though I do)
