It’s NOT the plugin causing the issue.
The”index.php” was missing in the URL and it’s short code. We had to manually add that to each download.
We’re looking into why the “index.php” was missing, but we know it’s not the DM Plugin.
We’re not programmers, but we know it has something to do on our end. The DM worked great on our MAMP sandbox, but when we moved it to our host and went live, it wasn’t working.
We’ll figure it out.
