In reply to: [Timeline Express] Announcements Revert to Current DateNo, I didn’t alter the date formats at all. As a matter of fact, we hadn’t been in the WordPress control panel at all.
I just updated to the paid version and added the Toolbox plugin to replace the date customization code in the functions.php that did the same thing. Hopefully this helps.
Here is a screenshot of my Timeline Express Toolbox Settings window:

In reply to: [Timeline Express] Announcements Revert to Current DateWithout us editing the announcements or doing anything with the settings – half of the dates on our timeline have reset to 2017 (see https://camacpreview.com/camac/about-us/)
I would like to find out what happened before I spend the large amount of time it will take going back to each announcement, finding the correct date, and fixing it in the timeline. Do you know what could have caused this? I’m wondering if this is related to the issues we had above with the date saving, maybe triggered by an update of the Timeline Express plugin?- This reply was modified 7 years, 10 months ago by coachalastair.

“I don’t see General > Date Format under my Timeline Express settings, so maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Here is a screenshot of my Timeline Express Settings window:

The actual timeline is on the page https://camacpreview.com/camac/about-us/”

In reply to: [Timeline Express] Announcements Revert to Current DateUPDATE: I can definitely confirm that @mrrontour is correct and it’s an issue with the calendar functionality on the app. If I type in the date in full (for example January 1, 2014, then it saves on update. If I try to use the default calendar functionality the date changes, then reverts back to the current date on update. See this screenshot video: https://youtu.be/StPoQZlrfME

In reply to: [Timeline Express] Announcements Revert to Current DateAny additional suggestions? We were planning a launch on 2/6/2017 – and this is the only remaining issue.

In reply to: [Timeline Express] Announcements Revert to Current DateBy the way – Timeline Express does the same thing even after I have JetPack disabled. The console log is blank with Jetpack disabled.
