Had same problem. now using Firefox. works with Firefox only

I don’t understand a clue from it… Could someone translate that solution into human language for me?

I have experienced the same problem.

I some cases, when you upgrade WordPress, some existing plugins become part of the WordPress engine. Therefore, they conflicts with your upgrade.

Consider disabling your plugins one by one from your messed-up dashboard until you find the one conflicting with your upgraded WP installation

If you did not upgrade and still experiencing this problem, do the same thing said above. You might no longer need to install a specific plugin to achieve some goals.
