My review wasn’t “bad”. It was honest, fair and based on my experience. A “bad” review would have been one star with the statement, “if I could give it -10 stars, I would.”

I _did_ get in touch with you via the forum on this site & on your website. I was blocked from responding / commenting to my own post, on your site, after you replied. Neither forum gave me or any of the other people who asked for help on the same problem a solution that didn’t involve losing stats.

Twelve days ago, on my own, I stumbled across a workaround to the problem, without losing any stats. Then I moved on.

WordFence (free or premium). It’s a security plugin, but also gives you the ability to block by IP address (manually, free vs.) or by country (premium), among other things. I was able to remove two or three different plugins once this was installed.

Although, this plugin’s author said two months ago that the problem has been fixed.
