IMHO and with all respect, this post was a huge time-waster. There was no solution provided and none of the tips provided worked for me.

I am using a child theme, based on a parent theme by Woothemes, who in my eyes are proper theme developers, so I’m not entirely sure how we could address this incompatibility with that 1.3.9.3 change in the plugin? Happy to test it for you (on my test server) if you think that’s of use.

Geoff thanks for sharing, that confirms I’m not going crazy ?? Let’s wait for the developer(s) to get back here. Hopefully it’ll be resolved with a Version 1.3.9.4!

OK I’ve managed to try an upgrade again. Once again unsuccessful but this time I captured the message (which I forgot before).

(I changed [myinstallpath] for security reasons and it probably won’t matter anyway)

Not sure if that provides a more useful indication as to what’s wrong?

To be clear, what I mean by no longer open -> I get a completely blank page with search results or when opening a FAQ.
