I did. I tried doing it through Cornerstone (x theme’s page builder) and directly through the WordPress editor, no page builder. For good measure, I even deactivated the page builder, then added it. It’s just odd the other shortcodes of Uncanny Owl’s work, but this one does not.

Another update. Just to test if anything is working, I tried adding the login/logout shortcodes and those converted to links, but the front end login codes just simply show on the page.

Thanks for the response. It’s turned on. I made sure to check that fiest. In your video it shows needing to hit save, but there isn’t a save button. However, when leaving the modules and comimg back it still shows “on”.

I also tested deactivating plugins to see if there is a conflict, but it didnt make a difference.

Also, while I’m asking. What’s the purpose of the verification? I’m new to course software, so bare with me. If they purchase and are registered when they buy, is there a reason I need to manually verify them?

I went ahead and installed it. It looks like it adds the info. However I tested it using the Structured Data Testing Tool and it’s showing errors for author, datepublished, headline, image, publisher, datemodified, and mainentityofpage. For all except the last two, it says a value is required (last two says “recommended”).

Any ideas? If needed, the page I tested was:

Thanks for the response. It’s weird, I am not seeing any ratings near the product name, only on the review tab. Maybe there is a setting I accidentally switched off? I will go through the settings.

As far as the multiple products and using variables, I do have that. We are selling name blocks with different designs to choose from .

The issue is I am setting up multiple landing pages (for paid search) based on whether they specific a gender (girl/boy), and only showing them a page with those designs that traditionally relate to the gender. So I want the reviews to be shared across all of those pages.

For anyone interested. I was able to figure it out. I needed to use deregister instead of dequeue.

I forgot to mention my second issue. When performing other tests (CSS is off), the page stays blank until the entire page is downloaded, then shows up. I’m not sure if this is a W3TC issue though.

I do have w3 total cache, but I disabled the minifying on it to test your plugin. I may have a lot of JS/CSS (not sure what’s considered a lot), but I didn’t see this error with W3 when testing its minifying.

It’s a themeforest theme (Logger) but my support time period is up so I was trying to figure this out myself. I’ll reach out to see if he can at least point me in the right direction.

Thanks for the response. I can try excluding the css, but what about the same issue when minifying the html and JavaScript at the same time?
