Hi Emanual,
No, this won’t work unfortunately as it generates a coupon code on the fly.

In reply to: [Thankyou Coupons for WooCommerce] Plugin no working with credit card payHi, what theme and payment plugin are you using?
There is a strong possibility it won’t be compatible with all themes and plugins.
It has been tested against Storefront with Stripe for WooCommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Checkout.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Thankyou Coupons for WooCommerce] Email restrictionHi Leonidas,
It isn’t currently. However I’ll look at it for you in the next update and add it as an option if possible.Cheers

Hi,
I have just tested on WordPress 5.8.1 and WooCommerce 5.6.0 and it is working fine.If you go into WooCommerce -> Settings and then click on the Thankyou Coupons tab. Do you have it enabled and configured correctly? If it isn’t generating a coupon the issue is likely somewhere in there.
Shoot me through a screenshot if you want me to take a look at it.

In reply to: [Thankyou Coupons for WooCommerce] Not workingThanks, @elctraining
I was thinking about this the other day. The only way I can see that would be feasible is to have an option to “exclude creation for on-hold orders”. (eg. bank deposit or cheque payments)

In reply to: [Thankyou Coupons for WooCommerce] Not workingHi @elctraining it appears the templates didn’t get copied over to the WP repo. Updating to 2.0.2 will solve the issue.

In reply to: [Thankyou Coupons for WooCommerce] Static Coupon CodeHi @leonwong301 thanks for the feedback.
In its current form it generates a personalised coupon based on the customers name. There is no option to select an existing coupon.
I will add it to my list to have a look at when I get some time.
Cheers

In reply to: [Thankyou Coupons for WooCommerce] Send coupon by emailThe issue is with any email. I was testing on a local WP and using the direct bank deposit payment method, which sets the initial status to on hold. When the order was changed to processing it would send the email with the personalised coupon.
As soon as I tested it with Stripe in sandbox mode I ran in to issues (which I was half expecting).
Reason being is this plugin hooks into an action hook on the thank you page to generate and display the coupon, and by that time the order confirmation emails have already been sent off.
I’ve got to generate the coupon before the emails have been sent, send it in the email if required and then also retrieve it to display on the thank you page. Basically unhook coupon creation from the thankyou page and move it up the line a bit.
So it isn’t the 30min fix I was hoping it would be.
Cheers

In reply to: [Thankyou Coupons for WooCommerce] Send coupon by emailSorry guys, false start.
I’ve got to look at this in a bit more detail. Running into some issues with the order in which things are being processed.
Eg. in some cases the email is sent off before the coupon has been generated so it won’t show up on the email.
I’ll let you know how I go.

In reply to: [Thankyou Coupons for WooCommerce] Send coupon by emailHi Deyson,
Do you mean something like this https://sitebasedocs.s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/thankyou_email.pngie. just added on to the processing order confirmation email?
If so, shoot me an email at my @ name at gmail.com and I will send you a copy to test.
@costar is this what you were after as well?
Cheers
Chris
