In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] CertificatesHi adsmar87,
what you are doing sounds about what other users we’ve heard from are doing. We do actually have a certificate extension in development though. It allows you to tie completion of courses to certificates. Inside of the certificates you have access to some shortcodes to display user information, completed courses and modules, etc. If you are interested, you could contact us via our homepage to discuss details if you want.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Permission DeniedHey chichipaloma16,
sorry you’re running into issues. What version of the plugin are you running? You could try re-saving the tree and see if that improves what you are seeing. Do the permissions work on elements that are not modules or does this only apply to the actuall modules?

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Cluevo content full screen alwaysHi adriancedar,
thanks for getting in touch! Can you paste the shortcode you used here? I’ve just tried it on my development machine with this code: [cluevo item=”115″ tile] and it worked fine and opened the module in the lightbox.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Give access to CLUEVO plugin to “Editor”Hi Derek, sorry this is not currently possible. We’re planning to add this, but don’t have specific date for this feauture. You could maybe try some of the permission plugins floating around, some of them are quite extensive and may allow you do this.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help :/

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Competences – how to assign to a ModuleHi Derek,
you should be able to create competences through the admin area. Once you’ve uploaded some modules you should be able to assign the modules through the dialog where you create/edit your competences.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Cluevo Index pageHi Derek,
at the moment we only support one group, we’re working on an extension that supports unlimited learning trees.
You can change the name of your tree through the admin area, but there’s currently no easy way to change the /index in the url if that’s what you mean. You could copy the shortcode of the tree to a page with the desired url though, that way you can display the index on any page you want.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Delete archives from module-archiveHi tecomweb, they are currently only for uploading and archival purposes. We’ll probably add a feature in the future where you can archive modules that are no longer needed. You should be able to delete zips.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Backend system slowHi suzyleusby,
the update is coming, we’re in the testing phase right now and working out some kinks. There’s been some major changes with how we handle database calls that could potentially break things, that’s why we’re a bit cautious with handling this release. I hope you can bear with us a little longer.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Cluevo and Ispring contentHi molecule1,
yes, as a matter of fact, there is actually an update. Sorry I didn’t get in touch sooner. There was an error during the lms connection initialization that prevented the module from sending results back to the lms. I have since fixed the issue and the fix should be in the next update. If you are interested I could provide you with a beta version that should hopefully fix this.
Again, I’m really sorry for how long this took to fix.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Backend system slowHey suzyleusby,
we’re aware of the problem and we already have this partially fixed. It’s a performance problem with the way the learning tree is loaded. The next update will contain several performance fixes. We’re hard at work to get this done for the next week.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Number of attempts to open the moduleHey Andrey,
I just checked your module and it looks like it does not send the scorm parameters to the lms, instead it saves the progress in it’s own format within the browser. Is there perhaps a setting that you can toggle when you export your module that changes this behaviour?

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Disable New Attempt Prompt (Always Resume)Hi cortesfrau,
yes, we do have an update: The upcoming version will have a setting that let’s you customize how attempts are handled. You can either let the user decide (the way it currently works) or configure it to always start new attempts or always use the existing attempt.
