Ok, that’s weird. What version of WordPress and the CLUEVO plugin are you running?

thanks for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention. Is the issue present on all pages or only on cluevo specific pages? Would it be possible for you to copy and paste the specific error message you are getting? That would make debugging/fixing this a lot easier and faster!

great to hear you figured out a solution. We can’t delete posts here though so they’ll have to stay for now.

We’ll probably add our nonces to the list you mentioned though, so that problem doesn’t come up in the future and people have an easier time solving this.

Ok, so the way this works is that requests to the backend use a nonce value to verify that you are actually allowed to make these requests. What I think is happening, is that you are caching this nonce value and your caching plugin keeps returning pages with the stale nonce. Is there any way you can configure the caching plugin to maybe ignore certain pages? I’ll take a look if we can mitigate this somewhat but as short term solution you can maybe add an exception to the caching plugin.

what exactly is the problem? It seems these caching plugins often cause problems. Some issues we can address, like js conflicts but other things like plugins caching frontend pages that use stale permissions are harder to fix.

the woocommerce plugin let’s you tie group memberships to woocommerce products. You create a product in woocommerce and get a new option in the advanced data tab of your product. In this tab you can check which group memberships the purchase of this product grants. In the general options of the extension you can then configure what order status grants or revokes the memberships (order completed or processing grants group memberships, order canceled revokes memberships, etc.)

There is a templates directory inside the cluevo-lms plugin directory. If you create a directory called ‘cluevo’ inside your theme directory you can copy any template you want to override from the plugin directory to the cluevo directory inside your theme’s directory

We do have a system in place that lets you overwrite the default template with your own templates within your own template if you’re comfortable with that.
By index, do you mean the first page of the lms or generally the pages where the lms tiles are displayed?

we are currently investigating this issue and are trying to reconstruct what is happening. Do you actually see users and/or groups? Also, what version of WordPress, PHP and MySQL are you running?

lesson status currently can’t be displayed on the frontend, but we’ll try to get this into the next release. The lesson status should always reflect what your scorm module sends back. I’ll check back with our e-learning guy if he knows what’s up though.

Can you paste the shortcode here? And what is the default display mode you’ve selected in the options of the plugin?

I’ve just gone through the scorm variable reference but didn’t see a parameter for user email, is this specific to the ispring modules? If so, I guess it would be enough to just send the wp users email directly as the user_email parameter? If so, we’ll get it done, I just can’t promise any dates.
