sorry for the late reply. I’ve beeen trying to reconstruct your issue with one of our modules but I can’t seem to reproduce the case you are describing. It could be something to do with the scorm parameters, if you could send us your test modules we can compare them with our modules.
As for the progress itself: An attempt is started as soon as a module opens and scorm parameters should only be saved on module exit or when the module sends the commit command.

what you discribe sounds like a bug. There are a couple of things that are checked when determining whether the choice to resume is given and one of them is the lesson/completion status the module reports.
Would it be possible for you to send us one of your modules to run through our development environment?
Also to I have this correctly: to reproduce the issue with the duplicate progress entries: install your module, set the option to always start new attemts to active and start a module. -> duplicate progress entries
The other thing: install your module, allow to manually start/resume attempts and then no progress entries are generated?Forum: Plugins

it was indeed cash related. Oshevans told us that with Varnish disabled on the server and define(‘WP_CACHE’, false) the problem goes away.

What WordPress version are you on?
Do you have any caching plugins installed? If so please try to deactivate them and see if the problem stil exists.
What browser are you using and are there any script blocking addons installed? Maybe try a different browser if you have not already.Unfotunately i can not view the module under the provided link because the permissions are not set for non logged in users (guests) to see/open it.

we do care about all our users and we are already investigating your issue. I am very sorry that this takes more time than you are comfortable with. We try to handle all support requests as fast as possible but please understand that the CLUEVO LMS is a totally free plugin and that especially over the weekend and depending on the complexity of the problem, response times of a couple of days can happen.

if upgrading is not an option it is very hard or nearly impossible for us to help you. There is one thing you could try: Is the extra space stil there if you deactivate all other plugins but CLUEVO? If not, please activate them one by one to see which plugin CLUEVO conflicts with.Independently of your problem i would advise you to update your WordPress and all used plugins and themes regularly. Outdated software poses a security risk for your website.

we appreciate your input on this topic.- So what you say is, that in the frontend all courses are accessible without considering the dependencies if you are logged in with the super admin? But with a different user the dependencies are working correctly?
- Are you on a WP Multisite Network, i just ask because you wrote “super admin” and this role only exists in WP Multisite. Or did you just mean the admin role in a “normal” WP install?
@gabrielecicconetti have you already tried another user than admin/super admin?

Of course we will try our best to assist you but for us to be able to do that we will need some more detailed informations about your situation. So please help us to understand you problem better by answering the following question.What WordPress Version are you on?
What CLUEVO version are you on?
When exactly does this happen? Is it when you try to upload the course or when you add it to the learningtree?
If it happens when you upload the course, could you check if the filesize exeeds the maximum upload filesize of your WordPress/php.
Does this problem only happen with that specific SCORM File and have you been able to upload/add other courses without an error?
What exactly do you mean by “fails” is there an error from the LMS? If so could you tell us what exactly the message is?
Could you also check if there is an error shown in the developer tools of your browser when this happens.Thanks in advance and greetings from Austria,
