In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] The index is emptyHm, so the module does show up on the pc but not on mobile? In that case it’s probably not related to the database. Have you checked your permissions? Though if you are logged in as administrator you should always be able to access everything. Are there any errors in the development console? You can access the dev tools by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+i (Chrome).

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] The index is emptyhi bbzsg,
did you only uplooad the module itself or have you also assigned it to an item in the learning structure? There should be two tabs on the module upload page, to get modules to show up you have to create a learning tree item on the structure page and assign the module to it.
We currently don’t have a feature to automatically open the next module but we’ve worked on something along those lines for a client before and will add this in a future update. If your module closes after a click on a button inside the module it’s probably because the module terminates the lms connection.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Retaining records when modules are replacedIt is currently possible to upload a zip with the same filename and it will overwrite the existing module. In this case any records will be retained. The upcoming release will have a feature where you can can update a module with a new file directly. In this case records will also be retained.
Are you using any kind of security measures on your server? This could be an application firewall, a plugin, or anything else. It’s possible that your server does not allow certain request methods. We use PUT and DELETE methods for certain things and if your server setup somehow blocks these methods some features won’t work.

yes, this is an issue with the updated jquery ui library. We will have an alternative to this functionality in the upcoming release.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Can’t re-order modulesHey adsmar87,
do you get any error messages in the console? Also, what browser are you using? I’ve just tried with the latest version and it seems to work on our development system.
Any error messages you could share would be appreciated.Forum: Plugins

there will be a setting in the next release that lets you suppress the message.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] user statisticsHey portass,
this has been requested multiple times and is in our feature backlog ready to be added. We are currently working on this though it won’t make in into the upcoming version. It will probably be ready for next version though.

thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’re currently preparing the next update release and we’ll most likely have this fixed with the upcoming release.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Cluevo doesn’t display on SafariHm, I can’t really tell from the screenshot. Are there any errors in the development tools console? You should be able to open the console by first enabling the dev tools in Safari’s advanced settings (show development menu in menu bar) and then clicking on Develop > Show Javascript Console. You can also use the shortcut Option + ? + C

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Completion statusHey Andrew,
if I understand you correctly you’re right about chapters. Completion of chapters/courses is always determined by the completion status of the elements they contain and always comes back to the status of the modules. If you have a chapter with three modules the chapter will be completed once all modules are flagged as completed. Also, if you have a course with multiple chapters, the course will be completed once all chapters have been completed, so once all modules in all chapters are completed.
Using pages as modules has been requested in the past and will probably be added in one of next updates. We’re just working out how exactly this will be implemented.
Greetings,
Chris
