In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Restricting direct URL accessAt the moment the shortcode for modules always embeds via iframe. If you want a tile to show up, you could include the parent element via shortcode. We could probably add a shortcode parameter to include a module as link or tile. I’ll see what I can come up with.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Restricting direct URL accessYes, we’re aware of that. This is because of the way WordPress reports the the MySQL version, it seems to default to 5.5.5 for MariaDB servers. You can safely ignore this warning. We’re working on a better way to detect the database version.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Restricting direct URL accessHello tno5,
thanks for giving our plugin a shot!
So, I just took a look and I think I found a way to add what you need. We can block direct access to the files within the module’s directory. It’s not something that prevents someone who is determined to access the files, but it blocks people from just being able to enter the url in the browser and getting to your module. I’ll add this in the next small update, probably later this week.
I’ll also try to come up a more sophisticated way of blocking access, but this will need some more development time.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more immediate help…

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Lighbox/Iframe IOS issueOk, so I took another look and as far as I can see this looks like a problem with the module. The module does actually find the lms api and the connection and everything is initialized, but the module does never actually set any scorm parameters. The progress for scorm modules is based on the data the module provides and because it never actually sets any parameters there is no progress to save.
The module does save it’s own progress though, but it does so within the browser’s localStorage, that’s why one can resume the modules without it ever setting the resume data through the lms. It even submits data, but it only sends it to your mailserver.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] Lighbox/Iframe IOS issueHi molecule,
I just took a look at your scorm module. Is it possible that the ispringsolution modules somehow handle their state internally? I think the module never even uses the scorm api on the page to set any scorm parameters. I tried a scorm 1.2 module that is not from ispringsolutions and that one sets the parameters normally. What makes me think that it handles the parameters on its own is that you can resume the module once you’ve closed it but there’s no scorm parameter with the resume data present in our scorm parameters.
Maybe you could check if there is some kind of export setting when you’re creating the module that configures the way the module handles the scorm parameters or the scorm api?

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] How to import SCORM courseHi Jake,
would it be possible for you to provide us with a temporary login to your backend? It would speed up the debugging process a lot if we had direct access. You can reach me at [email protected] for further details.
Did you get an error message after uploading? If not, was it possible to add the module to the course structure?

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] How to import SCORM courseHello serenawork,
thank you for getting in touch!
You can add your SCORM modules on the modules page. To get there log into your WordPress admin area and navigate to the CLUEVO administration via the link in the navigation to the left. From there you should see two tabs: Modules and Learning Tree. Click on “Modules” and you get to the page where you can install modules. From here just click on “Add Module”, select either SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 and select your module to install it.
I hope this clears it up, if not don’t hesitate to contact us again. I can provide you with screenshots of the steps if needed.

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] No resume data after ‘completed’.Just a heads up, with the latest update users will be asked before a module opens if they want to start a new attempt or load the previous attempt if any scorm parameters exist.
I’m closing this for now, but if any further issues arise don’t hesitate to open another post.
