I currently have this error. The ICONV Library v2.12 is installed. I have two errors on the plug-in screen:

1) The PHP installation requires the iconv library
2) Postman is unable to run. Email delivery is being handled by WordPress (or another plugin).

There are no other email or SMTP plug-ins.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
