We thank you for your feedback.
It’s on our road-map to improve this.We believe this issue might happen because of a timeout returned by your server.
Please check whether it works for you when you try to migrate away fewer and smaller images.
In addition, you can check whether you change the settings of your server to allow longer timeouts.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] How to use with Nextgen ?It seems like Nextgen supports only uploading images directly to its galleries. You can try and contact Nextgen’s developers whether they can support importing/uploading from remote URLs, then you’ll be able to import/upload your Cloudinary images.
Hi everyone,
Here is some information regarding how to set your Cloudinary account’s images as your post’s featured images:

In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] New Post display is a messThere was an issue with the new version of WordPress (3.8).
The WordPress appearance issue is fixed now with the new version of Cloudinary’s plugin (v.1.1.2).Hi,
1. When going to your post’s edit page, you can click on an image, then click on the “Cloudinary Edit Image” icon, this will direct you to the image’s details page, including its public ID, and optional transformations to be added.
2. We’re working constantly on extending our Media library’s features.
Note that when going to each image’s details page, you can also see its assigned tags, while you can also add and delete tags.

In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] Transparent WebPTransparent WebP is supported with our WordPress plugin.
For a new image, click on Cloudinary Upload/Insert, choose your image, click the More options link, then from the Format drop-down list choose Auto, add any further transformations by your preference, and click on Insert to post. This will deliver this image as WebP when possible (e.g., for Chrome), and as JPG for other browsers.
For images that are already used in your post, just click on them, then click on the Cloudinary edit image button, and follow the same instructions. The sliders are used only for width and height that are equal or smaller than the original dimensions. You can click on the boxed number itself, then enter the required number.

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Cloudinary integrationHi,
If you have any questions about the integration, we’ll be happy to help. Please contact us at [email protected]
After the original images are uploaded to your Cloudinary account, you can add them to your post after editing them in your Cloudinary Media Library.
The maximum value that can be set by the ‘Width’ and ‘Height’ sliders is the original image’s dimensions. However, you can manually specify a number by your preference, even bigger than the original image.
Changing just either the ‘Width’ or the ‘Height’ parameters (one without the other) will preserve the image’s ratio.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] No bulk actions visibleIn your Dashboard, under Media > Library, click on the ‘Bulk Actions‘ drop-down list. You should be able to see ‘Upload to Cloudinary`, and ‘Migrate away from Cloudinary‘ in the list.
If you can’t see it, please verify you have Cloudinary plugin’s latest version, and that your ‘CLOUDINARY_URL‘ is properly set in the Cloudinary settings page.
Hi,
You can login to your WordPress Dashboard from your mobile browser, and use the same process as in your desktop. Go to a post, click on “Cloudinary Upload/Insert” then click the “Select file” button. This will upload directly from your mobile’s image gallery. While it’s not a mobile customized interface, it still works.
You can also login to your Cloudinary account (from your mobile browser) at https://cloudinary.com/console and upload your images there. You’ll then have these images available when you go again to your Cloudinary Media Library in WordPress.
Hi,
Thank you so much for your feedback ??After choosing your image in your “Cloudinary Media Library”, you can then change its dimensions, and when changing the “Mode” to “Crop”, a “Gravity” parameter is added, you can then change it to face. That way you’ll get a cropped image by your preferred dimensions centered on the person’s face
