Thank you for the link @jaylj
I found another of my sites that was using the old version (not yet upgraded) and got the files from there.
It’s just another issue in a long line of them with this particular plugin!! It’s not fit for purpose.@femiyb I replied to your last message on the internal ticketing system on Friday (6 days ago), and despite repeated follow up mails, I am yet to hear from you.
Can you please respond to the ticket again?
Many thanks.@femiyb I sent the information through that you requested on the support ticket, but have not heard anything back for 5 days.
Can you please provide me with an update?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Pay later message missing on product page@joostvandevijver My problem is unsolved still, just FYI. I have submitted a ticket to Inpsyde but have not yet heard anything back.
I need to update this – the message IS NOT appearing on the checkout; what I was seeing was the payment gateway title, and not the actual ‘Pay Later’ messaging.
@femiyb Thank you, I have filled out the support request and attached the system status as requested.
However, when trying to get the logs, there is nothing listed for WooCommerce PayPal Payments? Can you think why that would be?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Pay later message missing on product pageI am also having this exact problem, but I am using a custom-built theme.
I shall raise a separate topic/ticket, but I wanted you to be aware that this appears to be a bug with you as I am also having the same problem.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Pay Later Messaging is not displayed@joostvandevijver My client is also having this issue, having switched from the PayPal Standard plugin.
I have advised him to reach out to PayPal support as detailed above, but as there is obviously an issue, perhaps this should be looked at further?- This reply was modified 2 years, 1 month ago by clnetbop. Reason: tag plugin support

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Less offensive checkout link@niklasinpsyde is there a way to still use the buttons but make them smaller??
My client is upgrading to the new plugin from PayPal Standard, but the buttons are huge on the product / checkout pages. I understand you can customise the shape / layout, which is grand, but realistically he’d want something much smaller (design still OK!).
See link for example image:
Customise buttons
Realistically he would prefer to use the ‘Pay in 3’ message, but we have found that it is not displaying, as per this topic but this may be down to the upgrade from the legacy plugin, so not sure what the resolution for this might be yet, and we want to enable the buttons as a stop-gap.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Qty Increment Buttons for WooCommerce] IS this plugin support dead?@taisho It’s been nearly a month and no new updates.
The plugin has not been tested with the last 3 major WP core releases.
We have this plugin installed on a few of our sites and like several others have commented in this forum, we can type numbers into the qty field but the + / – buttons do not function at all.
Can you confirm WHEN this update is supposedly coming, and whether this fixes it??Forum: Plugins
