Igor,
I posted the status report in my comment to Pepe above: https://pastebin.com/HvFhnxQnThere are no errors in the Logs
Couldn’t the plugin easily be modified to include the stock quantity in that CSV and send it over to Facebook/Meta?
Best,
MarkSaif,
Is the CSV I pointed out above what communicates with Meta? If so, there is no data for quantity in it. There isn’t even an empty column where that data would be stored./wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce/product_catalog_xxxx1235.csv
Hi Pepe,
Yes, I followed those instructions exactly: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#sync-products-to-facebookI am on the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce
I can’t follow the debug since my products are currently live on my website and on Facebook. I’m just updating inventory manually for now as orders come through and hoping you guys will be able to fix the plugin on your end at some point.
Here is my system report: https://pastebin.com/HvFhnxQn
There are no fatal-errors.
I did some digging and found the /wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce/product_catalog_uniquestringidgoeshere.csv file this plugin generates. There is an “availability” column (in stock / out of stock) but there is no quantity column.
Igor pointed out this is a known issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/1701 Is it actively being worked on?
From what I’ve been reading in various threads this has been an issue with the plugin for the past 2 or 3 years.
