Also, we’ve revamped our site, and we’ve used the import/export tool with all posts/pages without migrating the DB. Maybe that’s the issue.

What MySQL table is stored all permanlinks manager data?

With LiteSpeed cache plugin there is a section to exclude URL or jquery from caching, can I do it from SG Optimizer or my Siteground panel?

eg: Excluding &fields=country_name at LiteSpeed Cache Settings /Cache/Excludes/Do Not Cache Query Strings/ field

It’s weird because all results are shown as “AND” on my site.
