Actually, I was wrong. That only changed the page settings. The image is still too big and is fullwidth. It’s def a theme issues, though. The page displays correctly in another theme.
I fixed it. It was a theme setting. I use the Highend theme and in their woocommerce settings, it has an option for “full width.”
*facepalm*
Should have checked there first! Not enough coffee, today.
