Yesterday we sent out our enews newsletter..
And before we sent it, it worked fine. So to my thinking it might be the the server giving the 500 errors.. once the website gets the traffic.
I have emailed the Hosting again.. and yet they seem to notice the error and say they recommend using Firefox.. wtf..
I will try some of the list points you have given..

I installed the new version and followed the fix on the website… worked 100%
I have tried the Custom summary but for some reason i still cant call a hidden text as except.

We have managed to get the website loading faster. But I a few questions still regarding the above..
I have run the website through YSlow.. and yslow has yet to start the process. but when I run Yslow on the other website with the same theme, it starts immediately.
Is this due to some Http error?

and the Hosting Guys says that the index.php is killing the cpu
Where can i delete this code?
