  • Hi Ryan,
Did this feature ever get implemented? I’m trying to do something similar by simply providing a checkbox on a form to allow the user to select/deselect subscription to our newsletter.
I would then simply like to apply a tag based on this checkbox being selected. (no tag for deselected)
Currently I seem to be only able to apply a tag based on the whole form being submitted?

    Thank you.
    Peter.

Sorry to jump in @rejmark but I’m getting the same issue with my WP on Siteground. I don’t have the same plug-in as you but am trying to diagnose which culprit is causing the issue.
Did you get a solution from Siteground?

I have just submitted a ticket to Siteground but it has now caused even bigger problems. Urgh!!

Hi @iv3rson76 I’m hoping you can help me because I’m not getting much help from the tech support team at Siteground.
I submitted my ticket (1948252) and the support person responded fairly quickly with an increase in PHP memory setting and asking me to test the results. I was hoping for a bit more research on the problem first before changing a setting. The tech simply created a PHP.ini file with a few crude settings to increase memory settings.
What this did though was tell my server that the IONcube PHP loader was no longer available.
I use Memberium plugin which requires the IONcube PHP loader and has now disabled itself.
I quickly responded to the ticket stating this and providing screenshots.
No immediate response. So I jumped on to live chat to hopefully get through to the support team that my issue is now urgent as my membership site is now not function properly at all.
I finally got a response again from the support telling me my site is indeed up and working and to test the 504 memory problems again.
Problem still there. I removed the PHP.ini file that support created. Memberium still has the errors and is disabled. I updated the ticket within a couple of minutes of their last update stating to support that the server is still not working properly.
I got back on to live chat and was told that the ticket is with support and I’d just have to wait.
Why can’t I get a decent response from them.
The support system at Siteground is not one of its strong points. Not happy.
I need this server up as it is a live production site for our members.
    Peter.

Hi there. did you work this out as I am also getting the same thing on my site?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Gareth,
I am also getting a very similar issue. When a user logs in it takes them (by default) to their ‘your-profile’ page. Then if I go to the home page, the page displays that they are logged out. If I press the F5 key to refresh the page it then shows that they are logged in.
I have another page that does the same thing but all of my other pages seem to be ok.

Yes it does seem like a cache issue. I have, what I believe, turned off all server side caching but no luck.
I’m continuing to test with trial and error and will let you know if I have any luck.
    regards, Peter.

    Hi Jeff,
Sorry for the delay. I’m in Australia and timezones.

Yes, I do have all the default pages that are created for Theme My Login.

I think I have just worked it out but not knowledgeable enough to know why.

I have WooCommerce installed and on the Accounts page there was the “My Account Endpoint” settings for View Order, Edit Account, Edit Address, Lost Password, Log out.

The ‘Edit Account’ and ‘Lost Password’ settings were set to ‘your-profile’ and ‘lostpassword’. I simply changed them to bogus names ‘your-profile2’ and ‘lost-password’.

It now works and takes me to the /lostpassword/ page and /your-profile/ page associated with TML. Happy!!

I need to learn more about the ‘My Account Endpoint’ settings in WooCommerce. Anyone out there have a simple explanation and its use?

    Thanks. ??

When I say help, is there things I can check (logs, etc) or commands I can execute to test the page/s?

    Thanks again.

    Hi Jeff,
Could you help me out just in regards to why the ‘your-profile’ page is redirecting me to my homepage? The ‘your-profile’ page is simply a page with [theme-my-login] on it.
This issue is also occurring for the ‘/lostpassword/’ page.
    ‘/Register/’ works as does ‘/login/’ and ‘/logout/’.

I’ll worry about the apparent caching problem later (or fingers crossed this issue above fixes all?)

    Thanks in advance.
