Per default WordPress does not allow to use special characters in usernames. Non-latin characters are silently filtered out and your users cannot create accounts containing cyrillic (russian) or arabic letters.
The following plugin is the solution to this problem:

if your theme uses the standard WordPress hooks, then the buttons will automatically be added. Make sure that you have enabled them in the Social Login settings in your WordPress admin area (You can enabled/disable them for the login/registration page).
If your theme does not support the standard WordPress hooks, then you can add the buttons anywhere using a shortcode. More information here:
