Thanks so much managed to get in.

We were hacked saw in the db the user left a note requesting for bitcoin.

Improving all security now.

Thanks again for all the advise and tips.

There weren’t any recent back ups made.

Looks as though the db is wiped, managed to find some content that was previously uploaded.

All users were deleted and a unknown user exists now, so I cannot login either.

The backend developer checked AWS and seems all the ports were open to public, possibly someone got in this way.

I assume with the wp-file-manager i’ll need to login to be able to install and download files. Unless there is another way to install plugins?

Looks like the site was hacked, AWS can’t help.
One of the sites were UAT so unable to retrieve any of the content either… Unless you know another way?

Do you know how its possible to hack the site as the login url was also changed.

Thanks for the feedback, have enabled the WP_DEBUG and upped the size of the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT – the Events Calendar Plugin seems to crash when the client updates details on the site.

Let me know what you find.
