I’m unable to give an exact timeline, but I’d like to mention that in our ticketing system, we observe the order of first come, first served basis and once a Happiness Engineer gets to your ticket, they’ll reach out to you with further information.

2. Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four.

I was able to reduce this to some issue with WPML String Translation and created a ticket there too.

The reason why I’m asking this is that we had noticed an issue with translation after updating WooCommerce to version 9.4.1, but we could notice this issue getting solved in version 9.4.2. Could you also confirm the version of your current WooCommerce plugin?

Just wanted to check in with you. We have a new WooCommerce version which fixed issues with translation, as some merchants have confirmed updating fixed their translation issues.

While this is unusual to happen, I’d recommend you try the following steps:

- Should the issue persist, please switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and check again to see if the issue persists.
Please be sure to make a backup of your site before proceeding with the mentioned steps. Also clear any cache if you’re using caching plugins.
