Apologies about the delay in getting back to you.

There was a routing issue between the win19 and the sql7 server which was causing the problem with your script connecting to the database. This has since been rectified and your script should be connecting correctly now.

at the top I meant to say register 365 not fast hosts

I contacted technical @ register365 and then confirmed all settings are correct..

Unfortunately it is a problem that resides 365 side..

They are looking at it for me now to find a solution.

I have just been onto Register365 with this issue and their technical support department have confirmed that all of my settings are correct, however it isnt working and they dont know why.

The guy even tried to install it for me and got the same error…

He has 3 guys from technical working on it now!!! ??

Have to say register365 support has been nothing short of excellent for me.
