It has been two weeks and no response from customer support. What’s up with this issue? If you can’t resolve this then I need to move to a more robust tab plugin.

In reply to: [Leaflet Map] Many markers with same addressI think I ended up going with another plugin. However, my app is a doctor directory. Each doctor has an address. In the case of a hospital, there could be numerous doctors with the same address.
So even though I was listing 25 doctors (who all had the same address) only one marker was showing up for 1 doctor, which isn’t really fair to the rest of the doctors, they all deserve a marker.
It’s been a while since I looked at this piece of the code, but check out how google handles this and maybe iterate in that direction. Pull out to the state view and search on ‘doctor’ in google to get an idea.
Thanks.

In reply to: [onetone] Favicon doesnt showJust figured out a workaround myself. Here are the details:
The Favicon functionality within the onetone theme does NOT work. I believe they may simply be uploading the icon to the wrong directory. You do not need a plugin to fix this if you know how to upload files to your host.
Simply upload your favicon.ico (it must be this exact file name) to your root directory. If there is a favicon.ico already there, replace it. That is all it takes. To see this, you must clear your cache from your browser and reload the page.
Hope this helps until the issue is fixed within the theme.

In reply to: [onetone] Favicon doesnt showThis is still an issue with the theme. The favicon doesn’t work. What is the workaround until this gets resolved?

In reply to: [onetone] Deleting Sections in Onetone Themedonnamlamb, the theme does not easily let you delete or reorder the sections. It is very tedious and archaic. You have to delete every single field in the section you don’t want. And then you have to copy and paste every single individual field from the contact form section to the very first form section. It is at least a 12 step process at minimum.
The section header list should be ‘drag and drop’, easily allowing us to reorder the sections without all of the text re-editing. Each section should have an ‘x’ that allows us to easily delete just that section.

In reply to: [onetone] Need to be able to reorder Home Page SectionsI ‘get’ that we cannot re-order the home page sections. That is what I am saying we really need. It is tedious and clunky and rather bad design to not let us be able to do that. Rather than restating the obvious how about adding it to your enhancement list?
