Hi @zwartekoffie,

That should be easy to fix. The image below the form has a negative margin and the transparent part of this image is overlapping the submit button.

You could remove the negative margin of the image to fix that or change the image to be a background image of the containing element and position it on the bottom via CSS.

Hi @brianwhitney, This is currently not possible. You could leave the petition’s heading and subheading empty and just add the text directly to your page.

@algsva that explains it. Please use the ‘delete’ function in you list of installed plugins. This will remove all Civist settings data from your database and you can start the registration again with a different email address.

@algsva Did you use the delete function of the WordPress Plugin list or manually deleted it from the filesystem?

Hi @alain-t I am sorry but custom email templates are currently only possible with a Mailjet account. Civist integrates with two more ESPs (in beta or as part of our Flexible Plan). Please contact us through the Support Form in your Civist Dashboard to discuss the details. See you there!

If your petition ended and you want to let your supporters subscribe for your newsletter instead, just set the end date of the petition and the form switches to ‘subscription mode’.

If this is not what you need for your campaign, please don’t hesitate to contact us via the support form in your Civist Dashboard. We have two features in development (and ready for release soon), that may be a good fit for your needs.

@esawisky no problem. You should see a “Civist Support” button in the lower right corner of the Civist Dashboard inside your WordPress. Clicking it will open the support contact form.
