I find the solution: in wp-setting.php I changed default time to S?o Paulo.

date_default_timezone_set( ‘America/Sao_Paulo’ );

now it’s showing correct time in Log View option page.

In the “View Log” of plugin showing incorrect hour, show only a UTC Time not the local time…
