I still think that you have to enable the Gzip compression on your server, or if you did that already, try to clear the cache.

We also use the social widget on our blog, and such a recommendation doesn’t appear to our site in PageSpeed Insights:

Please update your plugin from your WordPress Dashboard > Updates. If the update is not appearing, you can manually delete and re-install the plugin.

Please try to disable all other plugins, as it could be a conflict with a Pinterest plugin. Or try to change the theme and see if it works or not.

Can you please try to add a new widget and see if the same issue happens in it too, or this happens only in widgets added before the latest update?

Make also sure that the PHP version installed on your site is up to date (5.6, 7.0+).
