@erwin_kureka I see that other sections (Theme Layout) are also missing. This could be caused by a plugin conflict, so could you try deactivating all plugins and see if this helps?

@awbrie I think there is a problem with your hosting or a plugin conflict. It also seems that your website is missing an SSL certificate (https), and I recommend changing the permalink structure to one different from the default one.

Our plugin is used by many users with different themes, and it’s fully functional.

If this doesn’t help, try disabling all plugins to see if this isn’t caused by a plugin conflict.

@ilariastrazzulla What is the address of your website? Maybe this is just a caching issue and you need to clear the cache in your browser or in your caching plugin?

I think this is caused by the JavaScript optimizations enabled in the Siteground Optimizer plugin. Can you disable it?

This is not a conflict with the theme as this issue happens no matter the theme you’re using.
