I am using Chrome and Firefox. Unfortunately, it seems fine when you start, but when you try to Pin, you get the error message. Do you try to go through all the way to Pin it?

Hello – I have followed all of these steps and there are no upload options on the Order Completion email.

It turns out is was a corrupted .htaccess file. After uploading a refined one, the site is up again!

Thanks for the idea, but this is a newly installed copy of 2014 and newly installed WP core files. It has happened on several other sites, all hosted by the same company. So I’m wondering if it has to do with something on their end…
