In reply to: [Virtue] SharepointYes, I’d like to have a page on our website where people outside the organization can access it, without them having to remember a long Sharepoint URL – they would just need to remember a short URL on our site, ie: alnh.ca/page.
So, the root folder (and others within) would look just like they were on Sharepoint, but within the frame of our website. To access the page they would need to enter a password.
Does that make sense?

In reply to: [Virtue] Embed code creating gapIt’s fixed. I had to inspect their code in detail to figure it out – I looked carefully to see what it was that was hidden in that space. I was able to remove some things from the original form that were affecting that area.

In reply to: [Virtue] Widgets stopped workingShoot. Never mind. it was part of the Virtue Toolkit, which I had disabled while I was checking the various plugins.

In reply to: [Virtue] Widgets stopped workingOkay, strangely now the icons have shown up, hours later.
However, I no longer have THEME OPTIONS in my Appearance tab! What. Is. Happening?

In reply to: [Virtue] Widgets stopped workingI have tried deactivating one by one “most” of my plugins to see if one of them could be causing an issue – I’ve also checked to be sure they are all compatible with this version of WordPress, which they are except for the Virtue Toolkit, which I have deactivated.
This is more than a widget problem, because the Theme Options section is having issues with the Home Icon Menu as well. It does seem that anything that uses an icon at all seems to have an issue.

In reply to: [Virtue] Widgets stopped workingThank you Kevin,
Yesterday I changed everything to blocks, which didn’t work – now I have changed back all my widgets to the classic ones after installing the plugin, and although “text”, “html”, and “havigation menu” all work now, anything that shows an image such as “social icons”, “search” and the “home icon menu” do not work.
So, it still looks the same as it did when I originally sent the message.
Any other suggestions?
Cindy

In reply to: [Virtue] Widgets stopped workingAnd the “Home Icon Menu” doesn’t show icons anymore. This is right in the Theme Options section, so I’m not sure how to fix that.

In reply to: [Virtue] Widgets stopped workingAlso, it looks like the Virtue: Social Links widget doesn’t work at all any more. It keeps giving me errors and won’t display properly.

In reply to: [Virtue] Widgets stopped workingOh my gosh, what a mess. It has really messed up my footer titles. I don’t seem to have the same control I used to. They all look different than each other now.

In reply to: [Virtue] Widgets stopped workingI have never used the block editor, I’ve been using Beaver Builder. I will give it a try, thank you for your help.

In reply to: [Virtue] Changing Contact Email AddressThanks Ben, I have created email addresses through Office 365 exchange server, and those don’t seem to come. Anything that has to do with the WordPress site doesn’t arrive. I realize that this is not a Virtue issue, but do you have any idea why this might be?
